Compliance Manager

Keenan Recruitment is delighted to have been retained by a leading Insurance Provider to recruit for a permanent Compliance Manager to be based in Belfast. 

Monday to Friday working hours.

Salary negotiable on experience.

Job Summary: 

Your role will be to ensure our Client adheres to their legal and regulatory standards as well as their own in-house policies. The goal will be to preserve the Company’s integrity by ensuring it continues to operate in a lawful, ethical and commercial manner and all times to protect their insurer.

Criteria:

• Certified compliance professional with proven experience within the insurance industry
• Commercially aware individual with an in-depth knowledge of industry legislation, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping
• Methodical and diligent with the ability to manage and deliver against deadlines
• Strong analytical focus with the ability to identify complexities/crux of procedures and regulations
• Excellent written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills
