Band 7 Forensic/Clinical Psychologist

On behalf of our public sector client, we are recruiting for a Band 7 Psychologist based in Belfast (Community Learning Disability Services). You will be responsible for providing a high quality specialist forensic psychology service to clients, families, and to the clinical teams within the forensic learning disability division. To work autonomously within professional guidelines and comply with governance and supervision arrangements within the Psychology Service. . The post is temporary (full time) for a minimum of 12 months.

Essential criteria:

1. Honours Degree in Psychology

2. Post-graduate Qualification in Forensic/Clinical Psychology, or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996 (Clinical Psychology).

3. Live registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.

4. Experience of working with a range client groups and within the relevant forensic/clinical psychology area.

5. Hold a full current driving license valid for use in the UK and have access to car on appointment.
