Communication and Governance Manager - Cross Border

Keenan Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Senior role in Communications and Governance supporting a cross-border partnership -  Cooperation and Working Together (CAWT) is a cross border health and social care partnership comprising the Health and Social Care Board and the Public Health Agency as well as the Southern and Western Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland and the Health Service Executive in Ireland.

Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00.  Salary £19.89ph.  Some travel across NI and to ROI may be required.  Mileage at 0.56per mile. 

JOB SUMMARY

1. To ensure that high quality, effective communication services are developed and delivered in support of the CAWT Partnership’s Strategic Plan and work plans, which complement and support the communication processes and protocols within the CAWT partner organisations.
2. To take responsibility for corporate governance in relation to the CAWT Development Centre and the CAWT Partnership, ensuring close alignment with the corporate governance requirements of the Health and Social Care Board and the other CAWT partner organisations.

CRITERIA

University Degree or recognized professional qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or Marketing AND 2 years’ experience in a Corporate Communications / Public Relations at a management level (Band 6 or equivalent).

OR

5 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN Corporate Communications / Public Relations at a management level (Band 6 or equivalent)
