Keenan Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a leading lighting supplier, to recruit for a Permanent Sales Advisor for their growing team

Full-time position based in East Belfast.

The Company

Our client is Belfast's leading lighting supplier, offering a wide range of lighting options for both Domestic and Commercial use throughout Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. They have over 35 years of experience in providing contemporary and traditional lighting solutions, and pride themselves on their extensive product line and delivering a standard of service that is second to none.

The Role

We are recruiting for a motivated, friendly, hardworking and experienced Sales Advisor to join the team at their busy lighting store in East Belfast. The role requires someone with energy and enthusiasm who has a passion in assisting customers to make the right decisions with their lighting requirements. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for customer service, enjoys learning new skills in a niche market and is keen to progress with management opportunities readily available.

Day to Day Duties will involve;

• Selling to customers
• Merchandising the showroom
• Stock control
• Managing phone enquiries
• Packing & unpacking orders
• Marketing products

Full training on the product and services will be provided.

The Person

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional can do attitude
• Passionate about the product and delivery of safe and effective training
• Confident in the use of EPOS systems
• Motivated and Enthusiastic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in Retail preferable

Need to Know

• Must be able to work Saturdays, hours of work will be between 10am - 5pm
• Salary will be between £21,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience
• Additional benefits includes pension and generous bonus scheme
