Hostel Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for full time, part time and emergency cover for one of our Third Sector Hostels based in Cookstown.

Pay Rates

• Mon - Fri DAY - £10.20ph
• Mon - Fri NIGHT/ SAT - £13.26
• Sun/ Pub Hol - £16.32

We have immediate starts as well as temporary and permanent contracts available.

Essential Criteria:
• 4 GCSE’s A-C including English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
• 2 year’s experience within the Homeless or Health and Social Care Sector with a
diverse client group, including ex-offenders.
• Demonstrate your understanding of the needs of the client group.
• Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative or as part of a team, have good communication and supervisory skills and be highly
motivated.
• I.T. competent, including use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Be registered or willing to register with NISCC before commencement of employment
(you will be required to provide evidence of NISCC registration).
• Must have a full driving licence and access to a car (please note relevant business
insurance will be required on commencement of employment)
