Band 3 Workforce Assistant

Keenan Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Band 3 Workforce Assistant on behalf of the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service..

This post will be full-time (Monday - Friday) 9-5, initially for a period of 3 months.  Located at Knockbracken Healthcare Park, Belfast.

Hourly rate of £10.40.

Job Summary

The postholder will provide high-quality communication and administrative services to support the delivery of a proactive, responsive and professional HR service to internal and external stakeholders. You will participate on the Workforce Helpdesk on a rota basis

Qualifications and Experience

• Have 5 GCSE’s (Grade A-C) to include English Language or equivalent qualification
• plus 1 year’s administrative / customer service experience at Band 2 or equivalent;
• OR NVQ level 2 in Administration / Customer Service 

OR

• GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent qualification plus 2 years’ administrative/customer service experience at Band 2 or equivalent.
