Band 6 Estates Contracts Officer

Keenan Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Band 6 Estates Contracts Officer.

This post will be full-time 37.5 hrs  Initially located at Lagan Valley Hospital, but successful applicants may be required to work between or relocate to other Trust Facilities.

Hourly rate of £16.52.

Job Summary

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the Trust achieves its corporate aim of managing the diverse contractual relationships with companies and service providers to provide the maximum benefit to the Trust in terms of quality of service and value for money. They will have devolved professional responsibility for innovative procurement and management of service contracts for all Estates Plant Equipment and Medical Equipment.  You will maintain the Trust’s Asset Management System in respect of Plant and Medical Equipment ensuring that data quality and completeness is maintained at all times, whilst providing a support and facilitative role in the Procurement and Management of Estates Contracts.
