Medicines and Poisons Information Pharmacist Band 7

Keenan are delighted to be recruiting for a Band 7 Medicines and Poisons Information Pharmacist.

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of medicines and poisons information and advice services, within the NI Regional Medicines and Poisons Information Service RMPIS, Belfast Trust, aligned with the UK Medicines Information (UKMi) clinical and strategic network.

You will be located at Pharmacy Services, Knockbracken site, Belfast.  Salary is set at: £20.49 per hour.

Essential Criteria:

• Have 2 years post registration experience as a qualified hospital pharmacist
• Completed and passed a recognised Foundation Programme
• Be a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland or eligible for membership.
• M.Pharm or equivalent
• Willing to complete further training in post: TOXBASE e-learning module (within 2mths): UKMI National Training Programme
• Be able to respond to an emergency call within 30 minutes under normal travelling conditions and have access to transport in order to respond
