Trainer Band 5 - Credential Trainer-Encompass

We have immediate vacancies for a contract until June 1^st – 37.5 hrs with potential to extend

This will be delivering training to Nurses and other professionals. Full training will be given and support provided

We cannot consider anyone with Annual Leave planned between now and June (will accept an odd day )

 

Qualifications/Experience

1.    Degree / Diploma or other nursing qualification allowing registration with NMC and Registered on Part 1 (Branch – Adult / * Children’s Nurse ) of the NMC register.

OR

Degree / Diploma or other Allied Health Professional qualification and Currently registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

OR

Hold a degree, or relevant Professional Qualification or equivalent, or higher qualification and 1 years’ experience delivering presentations or customer engagement in a Training/ Learning & Development, Sales and Marketing, Systems Training, Admin or Human Resources role

 OR

 Certificate in Personnel Practice, or Certificate in Training Practice, or equivalent and 2 years’ experience delivering presentations or customer engagement in a Training/ Learning & Development, Sales, Systems Training, Admin and Marketing or Human Resources role

OR

 4 years’ experience delivering presentations or customer engagement in a Training/ Learning & Development, Sales, Systems training, Admin and Marketing or Human Resources role

AND

 

1.    Have willingness to attend and successfully complete the Epic Credentialing Program within 6 months of appointment

 

2.    Demonstrable the ability to deliver and evaluate training programmes

 

3.    Experience providing advice and guidance to teams or managers regarding learning and development issues

 

2. Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Organisation which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post
